We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been used.

What should I do if my item arrives broken?

While we pack our glass with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
